Commercial Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven telemarketer to join our company. As a telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into sales by making outbound calls to prospective customers. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, promoting our training courses, and booking appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for the sales team.

· To promote the company’s course packages, products, and services to the market and customers.

· Provide information about courses, products/services to potential customers and handle queries.

· Provides WOW service and consistent follow-up calls to customers/prospects.

· Follow up with leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings as needed.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report on progress.

· Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and optimize lead conversion.

· To create new accounts, as well as retain customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong phone presence and ability to make cold calls.

· Ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of obstacles.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
