Commercial Manager (Development)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the Company’s and Group’s commercial initiatives, focusing on business growth by developing and diversifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute a comprehensive project and commercial strategy to drive growth and revenue in managing existing and new partnerships.
  • To consistently build a good relationship with the stakeholders and manage the expectations for the business success.
  • Ability to prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase the company’s training solutions, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential clients.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • To build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • To explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
  • To create other income streams for the company.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborative attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and business development activities as required.
  • A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
