Position Overview:
As a Commercial Manager with PEOPLElogy Discovery, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success while managing and overseeing projects within the human resource consulting domain. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, consultative expertise, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to ensure the seamless delivery of consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s project management and human resource consulting services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

2. Revenue Management:

  • Set revenue targets and work towards achieving them through effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the executive team.

3. Project Management:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with the consulting teams.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality in service delivery.

4. Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with a focus on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure that project contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.

5. Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue optimization within projects.
  • Collaborate with commercial head to ensure accurate project budgeting and financial tracking.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the human resource consulting teams to understand client needs and integrate project management best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication between commercial and project teams.

7. Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regularly communicate project status and address any client concerns or issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager with a strong background in project management, preferably within the human resource consulting industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of achieving revenue and project delivery targets.
