Job Summary:

Results-oriented Corporate Key Account with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships within the corporate training sector. Adept at identifying client needs and tailoring comprehensive training solutions to meet organizational objectives. Strong understanding of the corporate landscape, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new markets and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts Management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored corporate training solutions.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve the business goal and sales target.
  • Possess a strong winning mindset to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Attend sales training sessions and keep up to date with product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present reports on key account performance to internal management.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of training programs, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations outlining the proposed training programs, methodologies, and expected outcomes to key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Leverage on the company ecosystems to improve customer repetitive purchases such as to up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize the opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma, or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales, business development, or revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win solutions.
  • Ability to articulate complex training solutions and present proposals effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
