Our Founder
ALLEN LEE
Founder of PEOPLElogy Group
Mr. Allen Lee, a Social Science graduate from the National University of Malaysia, discovered his life purpose while working as an educational counselor, guiding students to achieve their true potential.
He is committed to helping individuals polish their skill sets and reach their goals. Allen believes in setting direction and goals in life and is disciplined in his actions, with an incredible passion for learning and development.
He prioritizes the health and well-being of his employees, recognizing them as the driving force behind the company’s vision and mission.
After completing his Master's in Industrial Psychology from Wesleyan University, United States, in 1998, Mr. Allen Lee returned to Malaysia.
He ventured into the furniture business and achieved impressive success, earning RM1 million within the first nine months.
Unfortunately, he faced a setback and lost all the money within the next 18 months, accumulating an additional debt of RM1.5 million.
Despite this setback, Allen viewed it as an integral part of his entrepreneurial journey and firmly believed in the power of education for personal development.
Determined to make a positive impact, Mr. Allen founded Jiwa Asia Technology Sdn Bhd with the noble vision of inspiring one million lives through people development.
He began by offering innovative programs in partnership with the National Vocational Training Council (MLVK), and expanded his corporate clientele by organizing a wide range of courses, including in Information Technology (IT), Youth Development, and Entrepreneurship.
However, he faced a significant setback during the 2011 Entrepreneurial Youth program when his invested capital was lost due to the Bersih rally.
Undeterred, Allen managed to recover the business after two years and rebranded it as PEOPLElogy Development Sdn Bhd.
With just five dedicated staff members, Allen's unstoppable determination directed the way for the future success of the company.
Not satisfied despite establishing three brands - BoostOn, GoalsOn, and SkillsOn.
In 2014, traveled to the United States and visited Zappo, where he observed Tony Shieh's ability to create happiness in the workplace.
Realized that organizational success stems from aligning individual and organizational goals and values.
Recognized the importance of finding contentment and fulfillment beyond financial success.
Implemented the concept of value shifting in PEOPLElogy, leading to the expansion of the team to 17 employees.
Visited prestigious institutions like Tsinghua University, European School of Management and Technology, and Silicon Valley Academy from 2017-2019. Acknowledged the significance of adapting to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0) and the digital era for Malaysia and the global community. Shifted focus towards innovating and enhancing development programs to attract more clients and to build stronger brands. Emphasized the role of innovation in driving organizational growth and increasing revenues.
