The Inimitable Culture and Values.

by Lina Raihanah

Workplace engagement, team morale, and job satisfaction are just a few vital elements of the employee experience that can be significantly impacted by work culture. According to a Society for Human Resource Management poll,  94 percent of managers believe that “a positive workplace culture creates a resilient team of employees.”

PEOPLElogy firmly believes that a repeatable and scalable system can be built using core values as one component.

By simply applying the principles to new situations that arise, the core values empower PEOPLElogists to make wise decisions on their own. In fact, the core values eliminate bottlenecks and foster individual development.

As a result, to instil significant core values in PEOPLElogists, we practise The Fantastic 4, which consists of activities designed to promote the seven core values within PEOPLElogy that encourage teamwork, productivity, and a high-performance work culture.

Under the Fantastic 4, there are four main foundations, which are: Morning Zest, PEOPLElogists Squad, Awesomeness, and Product Learning.

Having said that, the prominent foundations laid under the Fantastic 4 are the seven core values that we are passionate about, which are:

  • Delivering WOW through services
  • Be Passionate and Determined
  • Pursue Growth and Learning
  • Embrace Change
  • Be Humble
  • Building the Flow of Happiness
  • Build Open and Honest Relationships through communication.

To elucidate this, we instill the seven values in all the activities under the Fantastic 4 to create a sustainable, healthy culture not only in the workplace but also in their lives as individuals so they can spread it to the world, which eventually aligns with PEOPLElogy’s mission, which is to impact millions of lives.

Certainly, we have an unshakeable belief and conviction that;

“Life is good when you live from your roots. Your values are a critical source of energy, enthusiasm, and direction. Work is meaningful and fun when it’s an expression of your true core.”

-Shoshana Zuboff, an American author, and a Harvard Professor.
