Full job description

Responsible in overall smooth running and operations of Human Resource & Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement the department’s strategic plan in achieving the Organizations’ strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the HQ, personnel and HR management as well as Secretariat matters.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of all human resource matters including payroll, staff attendance reports and staff insurance.
  • Responsible for human resource functions covering staffing and recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefits.
  • Responsible in managing and supporting the secretariat and administration functions i.e. Coordinate Event, Procurement, Maintenance of HQ, Document and Call Management.
  • Responsible in managing and maintaining internal communication on announcement, general update on process, procedures, policies etc.
  • To liaise with relevant parties and authorities in regards to employee affairs (recruitment, resignation, grievances, employment benefits, EPF, SOCSO etc).
  • To monitor and follow up on employees’ performance reviews and leave matters.
  • Ensuring the safe custody, effective retrieval of all personnel documents, records and files.
  • Review, develops and proposes new or existing policies in line with business requirements.
  • Listening to grievances, advisory capacity to route proper channel of grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
  • Undertake any other duties of compatible natures as may be required from time to time.

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 3 years (Preferred)
