Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive training programs on Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions (online or on-site).
- Develop customized training content, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
- Teach basic to advanced functions, including Excel formulas, data analysis tools, Word formatting, mail merges, and PowerPoint animations.
- Provide post-training support and troubleshoot user issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Office features and updates.
- Adapt training style to meet the needs of diverse learners (corporate staff, students, educators, etc.).
- Ensure all training programs meet HRDC compliance standards and learning objectives.
- Support group commercial team on project or customized training request.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Must be HRDC Certified and Accredited to deliver HRDC-claimable training in Malaysia.
- 2+ years of experience conducting Microsoft Office training or workshops.
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts, data validation, macros), Microsoft Word (document formatting, styles, templates, mail merge), Microsoft PowerPoint (design, animations, transitions, presentations)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts, data validation, macros)
- Microsoft Word (document formatting, styles, templates, mail merge)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (design, animations, transitions, presentations)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
