Job Description

Corporate CS & OP Executive need to provide exceptional support to clients throughout their training journey. The role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

1) Customer Service Support
  • Respond promptly to internal & external client inquiries.
  • Assist clients & trainers with training arrangements.
  • Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and foster loyalty.

2) Office Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Ensure the office environment is safe and well-maintained (e.g., managing office repairs, and coordinating with building maintenance).

3) Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments & trainers to ensure smooth client experience.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degrees in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field are often seen as a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Possess own transport.

Required Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Laravel, ReactJS, and React Native development
  • Strong understanding of state management in React (e.g., Redux, Context API)
  • Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Alicloud)
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization
  • Understanding of serverless architecture
  • Experience with MongoDB and GraphQL
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile applications
