Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter who can craft compelling, clear, and conversion-driven messaging across digital and offline channels. This role is responsible for elevating our brand voice, sharpening our storytelling, and ensuring every piece of content is well crafted, whether a social post or campaign script, it needs to resonate with the right audience. You’ll play a key role in shaping the messaging strategy for PEOPLElogy’s multiple business verticals (B2B, B2C, and Digital).

Job Responsibilities

1. Messaging & Campaign Copywriting

  • Write clear, persuasive, and audience-tailored copy for marketing campaigns, ads, websites, social media, landing pages, brochures, video scripts, and event materials.
  • Craft strategic taglines, headers, captions, and CTAs that drive action and reflect brand personality.
  • Translate high-level concepts into compelling narratives and actionable content across segments.
 

2. Brand Voice & Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice across PEOPLElogy and all subbrands.
  • Ensure tone, clarity, and message alignment across all touchpoints and formats.
 

3. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Working closely with designers, marketers, product teams, and business leads to co-develop integrated campaigns.
  • Lead or contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, product launches, and content initiatives.
 

4. Editing & Quality Control

  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and tone.
  • Ensure copy is SEO-optimized where applicable (especially for blogs, landing pages, and websites).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in marketing, branding, or creative agency environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful copy across channels and industries.
  • Excellent command of English (BM proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong storytelling and creative conceptualization skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital ad copywriting, and A/B testing best practices.
