Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong design sensibility, campaign thinking, and creative execution capabilities to bring our marketing narratives to life. This role plays a key part in visual storytelling across all touchpoints from digital campaigns to event branding and ensuring design excellence reflects our brand identity, elevates engagement, and drives performance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Visual Campaign & Creative Execution

  • Conceptualize and design campaign visuals across social media, digital ads, landing pages, EDMs, brochures, presentations, and event collaterals.
  • Transform marketing briefs into creative and conversion-friendly visuals with clear communication hierarchy and brand consistency.
  • Produce layout mockups, storyboards, and final assets that follow brand tone and narrative.

2. Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Uphold and evolve the visual identity of PEOPLElogy and its sub-brands across all platforms.
  • Ensure cohesive design language across digital and print mediums, maintaining visual consistency in fonts, colors, layout, and iconography.

3. Collaboration & Creative Ideation

  • Work closely with copywriters, content creators, and campaign lead to co-develop concepts and creative direction.
  • Provide input and creative insight into brainstorming sessions and contribute to marketing ideation processes.

4. Asset Management & Quality Control

  • Maintain and organize creative assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure pixel-perfect execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • Handle multiple project timelines with efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house marketing team, agency, or digital startup.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing creative thinking, layout finesse, and digital design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (bonus), XD or Figma.
  • Understanding of digital ad formats, mobile-first design, and platform-specific sizing.
  • Motion design (basic animation or transitions) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design, Canva, or Webflow is a bonus.
