Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Social Content Creator who thrives at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and strategy. You’ll lead the ideation and creation of social-first content across PEOPLElogy’s multiple brands, bringing to life campaigns, initiatives, and brand moments in a way that connects authentically with our audience across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Your role is pivotal in building a strong and consistent social presence that drives engagement, brand love, and community growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Production

  • Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, carousels, static graphics, and motion pieces across platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end creation process from concept to execution and ensuring every post is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach and relevance.
 

2. Content Strategy & Trendspotting

  • Stay ahead of platform trends, social behaviors, algorithm changes, and creator formats, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Build platform-specific content calendars in line with marketing campaigns, launches, and real-time moments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, copy, and digital teams to align messaging and visuals.
 

3. Community Building & Brand Voice

  • Infuse PEOPLElogy’s tone and personality into all content to humanize the brand and build authentic community engagement.
  • Monitor social engagement, participate in relevant trends, and contribute to organic audience growth.
 

4. Content Optimization & Reporting

  • Analyze post and campaign performance, engagement rates, retention, and watch time that translate insights into action plans.
  • Continuously test content formats and iterate based on performance data.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio focused on social-first video and visual storytelling.
  • Proven experience managing or growing brand social accounts.
  • Skilled in mobile shooting, editing, and production tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Lightroom, Canva).
  • Strong visual eye with basic graphic design and layout knowledge.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others, if needed.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, content types, and analytics.
