Muhammad Nazmi Johari is currently the Assistant Manager of the Customer Service & Operation (CS), having joined PEOPLElogy on 21 October 2013. He holds the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate.
Known as Nazmi among his friends, he is very energetic, passionate and diligent about carrying out his job tasks well. His superior, subordinates and peers always see him in a cheerful mood. “There is never a single day that we don’t see him smiling in the office,” quoted one of his colleagues.
In charge of clientele management, his work responsibilities involve liaising with Human Resource and Sales, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of the overall processes and workflow of the CS Department. His main priority is to ensure customer satisfaction and team productivity.Prior to this, he was in the retail industry, having worked as a promoter in the Parkson departmental store. Then, he decided to make a leap in his career path to join PEOPLElogy and has never looked back since.
A term that best describes Nazmi is “social butterfly”, as he is charismatic, possesses a dynamic personality, and has strong networking skills. Charming and captivating, he provides excellent assistance and guidance to all of the participants who attend PEOPLElogy’s technical courses and leadership development programmes. Apart from being bright, intelligent, outspoken and sharp-witted, what actually make him stand out at the workplace is his trait of perseverance.
