Job Description
To grow the CEO Souls brand through meaningful relationship building, strategic outreach, and partnership development. This role focuses on connecting with CEOs and business owners in a genuine way, combining people’s skills with business sense to build trust, encourage participation, and create real measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development
- Identify and qualify CEOs, founders, and business owners as potential clients for CEO Souls programs.
- Build and manage a steady pipeline through outreach, referrals, and targeted networking.
- Execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads for preview and membership programs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and key industry segments.
2. Client Acquisition
- Cultivate relationships with C Suite levels and business owners for high-touch consultative sales engagement.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations that align with CEO Souls’ brand tone — high- trust, consultative, and value-based.
- Follow up effectively to move leads through each stage of the sales process.
3. Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects for future opportunities and referrals.
- Represent CEO Souls with professionalism, authenticity, and credibility in every interaction.
4. Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new channels for lead generation — including business networks, associations, and leadership communities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and event strategies for better conversion.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to management on trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
5. Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversion activities using CRM systems.
- Take ownership of achieving business development KPIs and financial results.
6. Performance & Reporting
- Track and report lead generation, conversion rates, and partnership progress.
- Meet business growth targets with accountability and integrity.
- Provide monthly insights on market trends, client feedback, and new opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, consulting, or executive programs.
- Proven success in engaging and influencing senior-level leaders.
- Experience in relationship-based or consultative selling environments.
