Job Description

The Product & Innovation Manager (Course Content) is responsible for leading the design, development, and continuous improvement of innovative learning products and course content. This role combines strategic thinking, product management, and instructional design expertise to ensure course offerings are market-relevant, engaging, and aligned with learner and industry needs. The manager will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Learning Experience Research and Analysis
  • Study and analyse the learning experience, leaner satisfaction, and feedback through survey, interview, questionnaires and etc for further customer experience improvement
  • Work with respective team to ensure improvement action are conducted
  • Writing and presenting customer experience reports and improvement proposal

Content Strategy & Development
  • Develop and manage a robust course content roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with design and media team members to ensure video and multimedia quality meet professional standards and are trendy.
  • Continuously evaluate course performance (learner feedback, completion rates, outcomes) and implement improvements

Content Quality Control
  • Inspecting, checking, analyze learning session, course content and learner experience to ensure they meet quality standards and market requirement
  • Ensure the assessment criteria and tool are prepared, examined, and updated according to the quality standard
  • Provide assistance and consultancy to partners/trainers where necessary to ensure the content quality and learning experience is up to the standard

Product (Course) Development and Innovation
  • Ensure that innovation in course content and product features aligns with market expectations, positioning PEOPLElogy’s offerings as industry-leading solutions.
  • Support the continuous improvement of products, solutions, and upcoming digital platforms by ensuring that content innovation is effectively aligned with product innovation.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, curriculum design, or edtech innovation.
  • Proven track record of managing learning content products from concept to launch.

Technical & Professional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of learning design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Competency-based learning).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, and emerging edtech.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret learning data and user insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Basic understanding of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suites, or video editing softwares.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Alicloud)
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization
  • Understanding of serverless architecture
  • Experience with MongoDB and GraphQL
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile applications
