Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile App Developer specializing in Flutter to join our dynamic tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mobile app projects, developing cross-platform mobile applications, and collaborating with various team members including full stack developers, UI/UX designers using Figma, and test engineers. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, performant mobile applications that align with our business objectives and user needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing training programs and client accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of HRD Corp (HRDC) grant applications and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers on schedules, training materials, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain and update databases for training participants, clients, and trainers.
- Monitor and track training schedules, attendance, and post-training documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, L&D) to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Support the team in coordinating events, workshops, and client engagement activities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, training coordination, or HRD Corp processes.
- Familiar with HRD Corp (HRDC) claims and applications is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders (clients, trainers, internal teams).
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Laravel, ReactJS, and React Native development
- Strong understanding of state management in React (e.g., Redux, Context API)
- Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Alicloud)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Understanding of serverless architecture
- Experience with MongoDB and GraphQL
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile applications
