Job Description

The Sales Operation Junior Executive provides essential support to the internal team by managing daily administrative tasks and coordinating sales activities. This entry-level role involves maintaining accurate records in our system, generating basic sales reports, and supporting the sales process to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about sales operations and contribute to the team’s success while building foundational skills for a career in sales or operations management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, support, monitor, and coordinate SBL Khas Application between internal & external stakeholders.
  • Support daily administrative tasks (trainer profile, course outline preparation, operation form creation, vendor & tender registration support etc)
  • Collaboration and cross-functional support – Coordinate with the Sales team to align on daily training activities/support.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the Sales team and other internal departments, ensuring effective communication (E.g. Change of training date, modification of SBL Khas application)

Key Requirements

  • Detailed-Oriented: Accuracy in managing/preparing reports, following processes.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manages tasks, prioritizes workload, and meets deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience with SBL Khas Application, otherwise, a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Diploma or Degree students are welcome, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data collection is required.
