Joey Lee

Chief Operating Officer of PEOPLElogy

Joey Lee is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for PEOPLElogy Group, responsible for the Shared Services team.

After completing her Degree in Business and Marketing, Joey was offered her first job at PEOPLElogy as an event executive. She gained a ton of experience while traveling for roadshows across Peninsular Malaysia and was eventually promoted to her position as the Chief Operating Officer. She oversees the Shared Services team of PEOPLElogy’s three regional branches: Petaling Jaya, Penang, and Johor.

Joey helped to set up and establish the Shared Services team that handles the three regional offices within Malaysia. She believes in fostering a positive environment within PEOPLElogy and endorses a conducive workforce built on trust and happiness. She also ensures that all training done within PEOPLElogy’s influences adheres to the organisation’s values and development framework.

Joey is a firm believer that innovation and sophisticated technology can digitally transform PEOPLElogy into an integrated people development solution powerhouse not just regionally but throughout the Southeast Asian (SEA) region as well. She will be overseeing the opening of PEOPLElogy’s Indonesian and Vietnamese branch in the foreseeable future.
She believes that PEOPLElogy’s digitalisation efforts will be an important aspect in smoothly transitioning its products, services and reputation not just in Malaysia, but in its overseas branches too, and to reach one step closer towards realising its mission of impacting 10 million lives.

Joey always seeks for her client’s satisfaction, ensuring that the delivery of service is of the highest standards whilst building a good rapport and a sustainable relationship through open and interactive communication. She always believes that management and employees should align their individual and team objectives around satisfying and retaining customers.

Benjamin Tan

General Manager for PEOPLElogy Business

Benjamin Tan is a dynamic leader with 14 years of experience in driving growth and operational excellence. He possesses a proven track record in strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management, consistently delivering measurable results. 

Benjamin’s extensive experiences include roles as Chief Strategy Officer and Country Manager at TribeHired, and a CEO of Codemic. He has led cross-regional teams, managed profit & loss (P&L), and spearheaded strategic initiatives across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Business Officer at 21 PRODUCTIONS in Melbourne. 

He is noted for his outstanding achievements throughout his career. Among his most distinguished accomplishments include contributing towards a 46% 5-year CAGR at TribeHired prior to acquisition. He also helped the aforementioned organisation achieve a 280% revenue growth with a 15% PAT during their expansion into Jakarta and Bangkok. 

He also increased profitability in Codemic’s first year and drove 28% annual revenue growth in the subsequent year following its inception, prior to a successful integration with TribeHired.  

Benjamin’s ability to drive transformative growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven insights is evident in his impressive career. His experience leading diverse teams and achieving significant financial milestones accentuates his expertise in fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable business impact.

Susan Tan

General Manager for PEOPLElogy Discovery

Susan Tan served as the Regional General Manager for the Food & Beverages (F&B) retail and manufacturing division, spearheading operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. With a 12-year track record in this role, she is credited with the strategic growth and sustainable management of a business that exceeds MYR 10 million in annual revenue. Her core focus includes end-to-end business development—from regional strategizing and identifying key market opportunities to structuring initiatives that deliver measurable and sustainable profitability.

Beyond steering financial performance, Susan has a passion for building new ventures, fostering robust investor and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring all regional strategies are aligned with current and emerging global F&B trends.

A firm believer in giving back, she also established a non-profit association dedicated to uniting industry professionals and promoting the region’s cultural legacy on both national and global stages, working closely with the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Communications.

Susan’s earlier career included 8 years in the demanding Oil & Gas industry. There, she specialized in leveraging complex market and operational data to formulate strategic, actionable insights, strengthening both upstream and downstream performance and contributing to major investment planning, projections, and acquisition studies for renewable energy, oil & gas, and natural gas projects.

Susilan Kesavan

General Manager of PEOPLElogy Digital

Susilan Kesavan is a highly seasoned professional bringing over 25 years of extensive experience across diverse, high-growth industries, including pivotal roles at the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Telekom Malaysia (TM), Asia School of Business (ASB), BASF, Privasia and webe digital. This broad and deep background equips him with a profound wealth of expertise in core areas essential for modern organizational success.

His specializations include branding, communication strategies, digital marketing, social media campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking. Susilan is deeply passionate about driving innovation, cultivating a collaborative culture across organizations, and delivering tangible outcomes that propel sustainable organizational growth and success.

A dedicated leader in the field, Susilan’s approach to driving digital transformation is strategically grounded in catering to diverse business needs while simultaneously upholding brand integrity and executing effective, cutting-edge marketing strategies. His core strength lies in fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, enabling organizations to consistently achieve shared objectives and ambitious goals. Through this collaborative methodology, he has successfully amplified the digital presence of the organizations he serves, showcasing a steadfast commitment to strategic innovation and invaluable regional market expertise.

Peter Ng

Head of Finance

During his time with the organisation, he has implemented new SOPs for the Finance and Operations department that improves our invoicing and project collections. He has also implemented a cloud-based accounting software.

A Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) with over 25 years of experience in the Finance industry, Peter has helped several companies improve their financial prospects in the past, namely Green Packet Berhad and Genting Malaysia Berhad.

With his financial acumen and knowledge, he helped Genting Malaysia Berhad obtain ISO 9001/2005 Standards in Finance in the Hospitality Division in 2005 and implemented various softwares (SAP, Property Management System) for the company’s business units.

He was also the one that implemented Green Packet’s new accounting software to meet the GST requirement and obtain the Operating Headquarter Status from MIDA (10 years of tax holidays). His goal is to use his knowledge and expertise to drive PEOPLElogy Group to greater heights.

Vivian

Head of Product and Innovation

Vivian Lee is the Head of Product & Innovation at PEOPLElogy. She is adept at leadership and soft-skill development. 

Vivian comes from a different industry background and has been with the company for 14 years. As an expert in P&I, she understands the needs of the customers by offering tailored people development solutions to help leaders achieve set goals in organisation and help facilitate talents.

Vivian loves the people development industry for the fact that she can use her expertise to help organisations upskill new talents and elevate them to the next level. Seeing how success motivates her to do better, she aims to leverage her expertise by branching out to other Southeast Asian nations. 

She has a strong vision for PEOPLElogy, by contributing her expertise to ensure that the organisation becomes the #1 integrated people development solutions provider through digital workforce transformation.

Elaine Yap

Head of Corporate Branding & Communication

With over two decades of experience spanning APAC and Europe, Elaine is strong in branding, marketing strategy, and digital transformation. Beginning her journey in Malaysia, she has made a significant impact across industries, including Banking, Telecommunications, FMCG, Fitness, Appliances, Technology, and Digital Media.
In 2007, she took the project management lead at BRANDO, a leading digital agency in Dublin, where she collaborated with global giants like Microsoft, O2, RTE, Nissan, Aer Lingus, RaboDirect.ie and Celtic Manor (UK). Under her governance, BRANDO earned multiple prestigious accolades, including AdFx awards, Cannes Cyber Lion, and One Show Interactive Awards for groundbreaking digital campaigns.

Elaine returned to Malaysia in 2012, and joined multinational corporations like Panasonic and Beiersdorf as a Regional Digital Marketing Lead for APAC. There, she spearheaded high-impact digital and eCommerce initiatives, driving brand growth and consumer engagement across diverse markets.

During her tenure at PEOPLElogy, Elaine played a pivotal role in crafting and positioning the brand. In just one year, her strategic insights and dynamic headship were instrumental in helping the company secure an impressive 12 awards, underscoring her ability to elevate brand recognition and success.

Passionate about delivering work of the highest calibre, Elaine ensures every project she touches carries a unique vision—one that leaves an indelible mark on the industry.

Dylan Wong

Head of Technology, PEOPLElogy Digital

Dylan blends a calm demeanour with a potent drive to democratise IT knowledge. His extensive 20+ year career spans diverse technological landscapes, from startups to established corporations, showcasing his mastery across platforms such as .NET, PHP, and Java. 

He has consistently led and built high-performing IT teams, demonstrating expertise in system architecture and strategic implementation. His experiences include building IT teams for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Malaysia and Singapore under CreditInfo. 

Dylan spearheaded the revamp of D&B’s SaaS core credit management system, resulting in a 20% revenue increase for the organisation and contributing to its 2020 IPO. His solution’s efficacy led to its adoption by D&B Indonesia’s mainframe operations. 

His proven ability to deliver great solutions is characterised by his deep technological expertise and strategic leadership. His achievements, marked by significant revenue growth and successful system implementations, highlights his invaluable contribution to PEOPLElogy and the broader IT landscape. 

Izzat Zainuddin

Head of Corporate Strategy for PEOPLElogy

A highly dynamic and results-oriented senior executive leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and multi-vertical business growth. Specialized in business turnaround, change management, and business transformation strategies. Proven expertise in leading multi-entity organizations (exceeding RM70M+ in annual turnover) and experienced in leading large-scale organizations with more than 2,000 team members to deliver measurable bottom-line performance and sustainable expansion.

His core impact centric approach is centred on strategic transformation and risk-mitigated growth. Key achievements include driving a 35%+ year-over-year improvement in EBITDA through operational optimization, achieving a 300% increase in annual regional sales. Demonstrated mastery in governance, ensuring 100% operational and regulatory compliance across multiple locations nationwide across 257 sites and managing high-value assets worth over RM5 Billion. A proven transformational leader, adept at building diverse multi-subsidiary’s teams and advising over 2,000 SMEs on successful restructuring and international scaling.
