2) Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, certification bodies, training providers, and corporate clients.

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to attract high-quality participants.

3) Operational Execution & Performance Management

• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.
