Job Description
High-growth training company seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to double our revenue across corporate training, individual programs, and lucrative government contracts.
This isn’t just another sales job. As our Sales Manager, you’ll drive commercial excellence across three dynamic markets — corporate clients (B2B), individual learners (B2C), and government collaborations (B2G).
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Create winning strategies for corporate accounts, individual programs, and government contracts
- Business Development: Win high-value partnerships and secure major government tenders
- Team Excellence: Coach your sales team to crush KPIs and dominate competitors
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead generation → proposal → negotiation → contract closure
- Cross-Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams for market-responsive solutions
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events and strategic forums
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial leadership in training, education, or human capital development.
- Government tender experience — you know the procurement, grants, and tender games.
- Corporate account growth — Proven track record in growing million-ringgit partnerships
- Team leadership — you’ve built and led high-performance sales teams
- Tech-comfortable — CRM tools, proposal systems, and market analytics are second nature.

Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Laravel, ReactJS, and React Native development
- Strong understanding of state management in React (e.g., Redux, Context API)
- Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Alicloud)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Understanding of serverless architecture
- Experience with MongoDB and GraphQL
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile applications
