PEOPLElogy Group kicked off the New Year by honouring a long-standing company tradition — holding our Annual #AwayDay at the Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences, Genting Highlands from the 3rd to 5th of January 2025. ⛵
The 3-day event was nothing short of spectacular, with our Chief PEOPLElogist, Allen Lee, expressing his gratitude for the milestones achieved in 2024 while also sharing exciting developments and plans that await PEOPLElogy in 2025!
Each department set and shared their goals for the year to align with the direction that we, as a Group, will be moving towards in 2025. From office expansions to strengthening our efforts in facilitating Malaysia’s #digitalnation agenda, this will be our most transformative year yet!
At PEOPLElogy, #corporateculture plays an important role. The formal and professional tone of Day 1 was toned down with a more casual and FUN approach on Day 2, as #PEOPLElogists took on various thought-provoking and collaborative games. From indoor volleyball to a challenging rocket balloon task, these team building activities helped us learn more about each other while also enhancing our #teamwork skills. 🚀
The “glitz and glamour” themed dinner before we concluded our Away Day was the perfect culmination to an insightful and engaging trip away from the office. 🌟 PEOPLElogists gave it their all during the buddy group performances and ended the night on a high. Several awards were handed to PEOPLElogists for their outstanding contributions to PEOPLElogy Group. 🏆
All in all, the 3-day trip was a success and sets the #momentum for what’s in store for PEOPLElogy in 2025.
