Joey Lee

Chief Operating Officer of PEOPLElogy

Joey Lee is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for PEOPLElogy Group, responsible for the Shared Services team.

After completing her Degree in Business and Marketing, Joey was offered her first job at PEOPLElogy as an event executive. She gained a ton of experience while traveling for roadshows across Peninsular Malaysia and was eventually promoted to her position as the Chief Operating Officer. She oversees the Shared Services team of PEOPLElogy’s three regional branches: Petaling Jaya, Penang, and Johor.

Joey helped to set up and establish the Shared Services team that handles the three regional offices within Malaysia. She believes in fostering a positive environment within PEOPLElogy and endorses a conducive workforce built on trust and happiness. She also ensures that all training done within PEOPLElogy’s influences adheres to the organization’s values and development framework.

Joey is a firm believer that innovation and sophisticated technology can digitally transform PEOPLElogy into an integrated people development solution powerhouse not just regionally but throughout the Southeast Asian (SEA) region as well. She will be overseeing the opening of the organization’s Singapore branch by the end of 2022, as well as the opening of PEOPLElogy’s Indonesian and Vietnamese branch in the foreseeable future. She believes that PEOPLElogy’s digitalization efforts will be an important aspect in smoothly transitioning its products, services, and reputation not just in Malaysia, but in its overseas branches too, and to reach one step closer towards realizing its mission of inspiring 1 million lives.

Joey always seeks for her client’s satisfaction, ensuring that the delivery of service is of the highest standards whilst building a good rapport and a sustainable relationship through open and interactive communication. She always believes that management and employees should align their individual and team objectives around satisfying and retaining customers.

Vivian

Vivian Lee is a General Manager for GOALS Brand, A leadership and soft-skill development arm under PEOPLElogy.

Vivian comes from a different industry background and has been with the company for 14 years. As the brand owner for GOAL, she understands the needs of the customers by offering tailored training solutions to help leaders achieving goal in organization and help facilitate talents.

Vivian loves the industry for a fact that she can use her expertise to help organizations build new talents and how it can elevate people to the next level. Seeing the success motivates her to do better. She aims to take her brands further to the next level branching out across the Southeast Asia.

She has a strong vision about PEOPLElogy being the number one leader development learning centre in Malaysia.

Tan Lay Yen

Chief Commercial Officer for PEOPLElogy Growth

Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Lay’s first foray into the IT field was as a certified Microsoft trainer. He is currently the brand owner of PEOPLElogy Interactive and hold the position as a Project Director for the company. Understanding the needs of the training market, Lay designed a series of practical courses; PEOPLElogy’s Microsoft Office training series- Report Simplified.

He is currently working in helping the Bumiputera particularly in identifying demand for training among professionals who are looking into upskilling and reskilling, for instance those in architecture, advertising, and film study among others. The programme is perfectly aligned with his aspiration in building local talents through collaboration with government agencies. As for the future, Lay hopes to make online learning more affordable with wider reach to more people. He is excited about the prospect of working with his new team on developing content for virtual learning.

Peter Ng

Head of Finance

During his time with the organization, he has implemented new SOPs for the Finance and Operations department that improves our invoicing and project collections. He has also implemented a cloud-based accounting software.

A Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) with over 25 years of experience in the Finance industry, Peter has helped several companies improve their financial prospects in the past, namely Green Packet Berhad and Genting Malaysia Berhad.

With his financial acumen and knowledge, he helped Genting Malaysia Berhad obtain ISO9001/2005 Standards in Finance in the Hospitality Division in 2005 and implemented various softwares (SAP, Property Management System) for the company’s business units.

He was also the one that implemented Green Packet’s new accounting software to meet the GST requirement and obtain the Operating Headquarter Status from MIDA (10 years of tax holidays). His goal is to use his knowledge and expertise to drive PEOPLElogy Group to greater heights.

Lynn Lim

Chief Operating Officer for PEOPLElogy Digital

She is driven by her desire to inspire and motivate others to realize their full potential and to constantly upskill and improve their skills to achieve greater heights in their career goals. She is a firm supporter of women in leadership and encourages more women to take on leadership roles.

Lynn graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business & Managerial Economics. She began her career in 2012. Three years later, promoted to her first managerial role at age 25. She credits her early success and the steep climb she’s had in her career to her humble beginnings, as well as the guidance from her mentors and family members, whom she says has given her 200% support in her career endeavors.

Her vision for TALENTS includes instilling a positive education in individuals (which combines traditional educational principles while contributing to their happiness and wellbeing). She also believes that good values should be nurtured from home and a positive attitude comes first before anything else.

She hopes to establish TALENTS as a pillar of society for (entry level and mid-entry level working professional) who is enthusiastic to further pursue growth in their career to seek TALENTS for help and constantly be reminded of that she has their best interest at heart.

Lynn wants to be the ray of sunshine that paints a positive vision to her peers and impact more young leaders.
