The role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities
1. Client Interaction
Respond promptly to internal & external client inquiries.
Assist clients & trainers with training arrangements.
Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong relationships with clients and foster loyalty.

2. Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal departments & trainers to ensure a smooth client experience.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Job Requirements
