Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and performance monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business segments, including B2B, B2C, Digital Products, and Strategic Initiatives. This role acts as the right-hand to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution, internal coordination, budget utilization, and delivery of tangible outcomes aligned to business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Translate strategic marketing goals into integrated tactical calendars and campaign plans.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: brief development, campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage and maintain marketing timelines across various business segments to ensure timely launches and alignment with business goals.
 

2. Team & Cross-functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (digital, performance, content, design, events, sales) to ensure campaign excellence and consistency.
  • Serve as the key liaison between marketing, product, and business stakeholders for campaign alignment and communication.
  • Review deliverables to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent outputs from all teams.
 

3. Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize for ROI across different platforms and segments.
  • Track and report marketing spend vs. performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure resource allocation is efficient and supports campaign priorities.
 

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as reach, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, sign-ups, and revenue impact.
  • Use trackers to monitor daily/weekly campaign performance and adjust plans as needed.
  • Prepare campaign reports, insights, and presentations.
 

5. Process & Optimization

  • Establish workflows, SOPs, and campaign documentation to ensure efficient execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and test new tools, platforms, and channels to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights, trends, and feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or lead capacity.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B.
  • Experience working in high-paced environments with multi-segment portfolios.
